Ashley Brackin Bonner practices in the area of commercial business transactions with an emphasis in real estate and commercial lending. Mrs. Bonner provides legal representation and advice in the following areas:

Negotiating, documenting, and closing sales, acquisitions, and financing of commercial and industrial real property, all types of secured transactions involving real property, and lease transactions from both the landlord and tenant's perspective; Providing title insurance on behalf of several major national title insurance underwriters; Selling and acquiring timber and timber land; Creating of all types of business entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and limited partnerships; Negotiating, documenting, and closing sales, mergers, acquisitions, and financing of companies and/or substantial assets of companies; Drafting real estate, forestry, condominium, and general business contracts and agreements.

Mrs. Bonner is the co-author of an article published in Forestry Landowner magazine entitled "Preventing and Prosecuting Timber Trespass." She has spoken before bar, civic, and public groups concerning real estate and timber matters. She is also active in numerous civic and bar activities including the Mobile and Baldwin County Bar Associations. She is a past member of the Executive Committee of the Young Lawyers' Section of the Mobile Bar Association. She is also a member of the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce.

Receiving a Bachelor of Science in English and Cognitive Psychology, Mrs. Bonner graduated from Vanderbilt University, magna cum laude, in 1998. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2002.
