Ben is a native of Mobile and a graduate of Auburn University (2000) and Cumberland School of Law (2003). Ben has practiced law in Mobile for over 8 years, during which time he has concentrated his practice to the areas of general civil litigation, with an emphasis on real property, business and construction litigation, oil and gas, and probate matters. Ben has successfully defended and prosecuted cases both at the trial and appellate levels and represents clients in front of the Alabama Oil and Gas Board. He further frequently handles pro bono matters on behalf of the Mobile Volunteer Lawyers Program.
Ben is active in several organizations, including the Mobile Bar Association, where he was past president of the Young Lawyers Section and where he currently serves as the Bar’s Treasurer. He was recently named as one of Mobile’s “40 under 40” by Mobile Bay Monthly and as a “Rising Star” by Alabama Super Lawyers.
