Our Attorneys

David was born in Atmore, Alabama. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alabama in 1993. While at the University of Alabama, Mr. Anderson was affiliated with Phi Kappa Psi fraternity. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1996.

While attending Cumberland School of Law, Mr. Anderson completed an internship with Representative Sonny Callahan in Washington, D.C. Also during law school, Mr. Anderson clerked for the Escambia County Circuit Court.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Anderson went into private law practice in Atmore, Alabama. Mr. Anderson's practice focuses primarily in the areas of real estate transactions, estate planning, residential and commercial development and business organization. Mr. Anderson serves as a third party intermediary for tax deferred real estate exchanges, and is prosecutor for the City of Atmore.

David is a member of the Alabama State Bar Association, the Escambia County Bar Association and the Baldwin County Bar Association. Mr. Anderson has served on the Board of Directors of the Atmore Area Christian Care Ministry and has served as a deacon at First Presbyterian Church in Atmore. He currently serves on the Local Committee for Atmore Area Young Life.
