Jason received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classical Studies from Birmingham-Southern College where he graduated cum laude, in 1998. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2005.
He began his career as a prosecutor with Mobile County District Attorney's Office where he practiced before the Presiding Judge of Mobile County. As a prosecutor he tried numerous criminal cases to verdict including drug distribution and trafficking, felonious assault with a deadly weapon, burglary, robbery, attempted murder and murder.
Jason currently maintains a general litigation practice.
He is a member of the Alabama Bar Association and the Executive Committee of the Young Lawyers Section of the Mobile Bar Association.
