$1,325,581.95 Donated to Charities
Donations are being made to several charities along the Gulf Coast as part of the Court approved settlement of a class action lawsuit brought on behalf of our client, Wright Drugs of Foley, and filed in the Circuit Court of Baldwin County. As part of this settlement, a total of $1,325,581.95 will go to charitable agencies that provide prescription medication to the uninsured. Local agencies receiving donations include: Mercy Medical, the Mobile Medical Endowment Trust, Ozanam Charitable Pharmacy, United Way of Baldwin County, the University of South Alabama, and Victory Health Partners. The law firms of Armbrecht Jackson LLP and Brackin McGriff and Johnson PC represented Wright Drugs.

Armbrecht Jackson was a Gold Sponsor of Mercy Medical's 23rd Annual Charity Golf Tournament held on September 24, 2009. With the help of Armbrecht Jackson's sponsorship, Mercy Medical was able to raise $55,000 for Mercy's patient charity care programs, including pediatric hospice and home care.
Boyd Reeves Named Fellow of the Alabama Law Foundation
