Bill Lancaster is a partner at Armbrecht Jackson LLP where his practice consists of the defense of employment, workers' compensation, professional negligence, nursing home negligence, and product liability claims. Over the last 35+ years he has handled a variety of cases throughout the Southeast and has tried over 100 jury and non-jury cases to judgment. After earning his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Millsaps College and his juris doctor from the University of Mississippi, Bill practiced in Mississippi for nine years before moving to Mobile in 1991. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Alabama and Mississippi. Bill is also licensed in Texas and Tennessee and is admitted to practice in the United States Courts of Appeal for the Fifth and the Eleventh Circuits. Bill has earned an "AV" rating by Martindale Hubbell and been named as an Alabama "Super Lawyer" in Employment Litigation Defense in 2008, 2009 and 2015. Bill has been registered on the Alabama State Court Mediator Roster for a number of years, and is a qualified Appellate Mediator. Bill also serves as a Bar Commissioner for the Alabama State Bar and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association.
