Gaillard, a Mobile native, has over 10 years of experience in litigation and trial practice. After graduating from Cumberland School of Law in 2006, Gaillard served as an Assistant District Attorney for nearly two years. During this time he tried 17 jury trials in Mobile County Circuit Courts. In 2008, Gaillard entered civil practice defending clients against claims of retaliatory discharge, automobile and general negligence, catastrophic injury, property and premises liability, uninsured motorist claims, and claims brought under the Workers Compensation Act. Gaillard has actively participated in and handled multiple civil jury and non-jury trials. Gaillard joined Armbrecht Jackson in 2013, and his practice focuses on civil defense litigation, medical malpractice defense, and trial practice.
Gaillard is rated by Martindale-Hubble as AV Preeminent, and has received the Martindale-Hubble rating of AV Preeminent-Judicial. Gaillard has been ranked as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
