Joey Cramblitt was born and spent his early childhood in Mobile, Alabama, but grew up in Mississippi and attended Ole Miss.  Mr. Cramblitt earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (emphasis in corporate finance), magna cum laude, and is honored to have been inducted into the Ole Miss Academic Hall of Fame in 2000.  Mr. Cramblitt was also a pitcher for the Ole Miss baseball team, earning 3 athletic letters and being afforded the opportunity to play professional baseball.  After a few years as an Arizona Diamondbacks minor leaguer, Mr. Cramblitt came back to Ole Miss and attended law school as an Eastland Scholar, earning his Juris Doctor with honors in 2007.   

Mr. Cramblitt is licensed in Alabama and Mississippi and has more than a decade of experience focusing primarily in the area of commercial and other business-related litigation and preventative planning, including the representation of large institutional clients in high-dollar disputes.  Mr. Cramblitt also has significant experience defending tort cases for corporate entities including Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.  Additionally, Mr. Cramblitt has represented clients in the areas of insurance defense and coverage, construction law, legal malpractice, medical malpractice, engineering malpractice, accounting malpractice, will contests and other estate litigation, debt collection, false imprisonment, sales tax disputes, debtor’s rights, property rights, conservatorship matters, lien perfection and enforcement, including liens in agricultural products, embezzlement, and copyright infringement.
