Bryan’s practice is devoted to litigation primarily handling medical malpractice actions. Over the course of his career, he has successfully defended physicians, nurses, hospitals and long-term care facilities throughout the State of Alabama both in litigation as well as matters pending before administrative boards. Bryan’s distinguished track record in malpractice cases provides him with the expertise to handle cases of any complexity and exposure level—including cases involving catastrophic injuries or death with multi-million-dollar damages. In addition to his trial practice, he is a frequent lecturer to nurses and physicians on all issues of medical malpractice, including risk management and electronic medical records.
Bryan’s professional liability practice additionally includes the representation of architects and engineers in design professional cases. He serves as local counsel to one of the largest forensic engineering and consulting firms in the country. He also maintains a business litigation practice advising and representing clients, including those in the financial services industry.
