Mitchell J. Dolen practices primarily in the areas of business and corporate transactions, including business formation and governance, banking and finance, real estate, and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Dolen received his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law in 2025 and a B.S. in Commerce & Business Administration from The University of Alabama in 2019.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Dolen worked as a licensed Insurance Producer in Chicago, Illinois, brokering wholesale and surplus-lines coverage for commercial clients and serving as a managing general agent for carriers based in the U.S. and London.

Mr. Dolen interned at Armbrecht Jackson during the summers of 2023 and 2024 and joined the firm full-time in the fall of 2025.
