Craig’s practice areas include labor and employment, workers’ compensation and occupational disease and insurance and general liability defense. His practice primarily focuses on defending employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, as well as claims for worker’s compensation and retaliatory discharge. In addition, Craig has represented corporate clients in a variety of general liability matters, including claims arising out of slip and falls and motor vehicle accidents. Craig has recent experience representing clients in wrongful death lawsuits and in mobile home litigation. Craig has been asked to speak at seminars on various topics, including most recently the HEALTH INSURANCE PORTABILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT of 1996 (“HIPAA”) and the Alabama Workers’ Compensation Act.
