Kirk Palmer assists clients in litigation and transactional matters.  He is licensed in Texas, Alabama, and Florida and has represented individuals and business entities in a wide range of legal matters.  Before joining Armbrecht, Kirk practiced at a regional defense firm, where he was a member of the general litigation and insurance practice groups.  Earlier, Kirk was in-house counsel for a private equity firm based in Dallas, Texas, advising on private fund formation, capital raising and U.S. securities, foreign regulatory programs, and investment management and corporate governance.  Kirk earned his J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2018.  During law school, Kirk was an editor for Volumes 86 and 87 of the Mississippi Law Journal and a member of the appellate Moot Court Board.  Kirk is a Mobile native and a graduate of St. Paul’s Episcopal School.
