Mark Newell has been involved in the defense of civil litigation and insurance coverage issues for over 40 years.  Licensed in Alabama and Florida, he has represented many different industries and professions, including trucking, real estate, product manufacturers, and the sports and recreational fields.  Mark has also represented a number of insurers in coverage matters, including first party policy disputes and alleged bad faith litigation.  He has represented several clients in high profile cases covered extensively by the media.
