Mr. Waldrop has been a trial lawyer for 43 years. He has tried all types of cases, involving aviation, medical, commercial, railroad, trucking, products, and insurance. Mr. Waldrop has tried over 150 jury trials and has won over 90% of those trials. He has a high concentration in jury trials and has lectured and written in the trial practice area on a number of occasions. In recent years, he has tried many medical malpractice cases, most of which involved substantial damage claims for death and serious personal injury. He also has participated in the handling and supervision of large, complex cases, not only involving medical and pharmaceutical issues, but also commercial and insurance matters. Mr. Waldrop has represented numerous primary and excess insurors as well as many corporate defendants. Mr. Waldrop has considerable experience in trying cases against the top plaintiff’s attorneys in Alabama and in the Southeast. Mr. Waldrop has been recognized for 2010 by Alabama Super Lawyers.
