J. Robert Turnipseed Elected to American College of Tax Counsel

Armbrecht Jackson LLP is pleased to announce that partner J. Robert Turnipseed has been elected as a Fellow to the American College of Tax Counsel (ACTC).
ACTC is a national association of Tax lawyers who have been recognized by their peers as making exceptional contributions to the tax profession. Fellows must be nominated by their peers for membership, and undergo a rigorous screening process prior to being elected as Fellow to the College.

In his legal practice, Robbie focuses primarily on counseling small to medium-sized businesses. This includes advising clients on the tax aspects of structuring, acquiring, selling, and operating businesses, as well as providing advice for trust and estate planning relating to ownership of those assets. Robbie currently serves as a Council Member for the ABA Tax Section, and has been a speaker and panel participant both locally and nationally on a variety of tax and business planning topics.
